Who is this qualification for?
This accredited qualification has been developed to prepare learners for further/higher level training such as the HABC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) (QCF). The qualification aligns with the Management Induction Standards (2016) and provides the learner with the knowledge and understanding to be able to move into a management role.
This qualification is suitable for those learners who are either:
working at a level 3 and aspire to progress into management
working towards or working as managers (new in post), who wish to use this qualification to support with the Manager Induction Standards.
How long will it take?
The total qualification time for this qualification is 339 hours and of this 150 hours are is recommended as guided learning hours, which is approximately a 6 to 9 month programme.
